Please tell our reception staff if your matter is urgent so we can try to arrange an earlier time.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Taking a little time to prepare helps you get the most out of your visit.
- Write down the health concerns and questions you want to discuss.
- Gather your health information.
- Bring your ID and Medicare card.
- List your current medicines.
- Arrive early.
What to Bring?
For a smooth first visit, please bring:
- Photo ID and Medicare card
- Private health insurance details (if applicable)
- Referral letter (if required for Medicare rebate)
- Any test results or imaging relevant to your condition
- List of current medications
During Your First Visit
Upon arrival, our reception team will welcome you and confirm your details. Your doctor will take a detailed medical history and discuss your health concerns with you. If you need to discuss multiple issues, a long consultation provides sufficient time to cover everything.
